[19 Feb 2012|11:22pm] welcome to bandwidth! we've all seen places just like this one come and go in the blink of an eye, whether it be at the fault of the mods or the players. which is why at bandwidth, we want to promise you that we'll put forth just as much effort (if not more) as you do because we believe that creating a thriving, active and promising home depends on interaction, activity, and above anything else, fun. we all know the do's and do not's, we all know to keep out of character separate from in character and how to be kind to one another and other than that, we don't see any kind of need for an intense and unnecessary set of rules. we want everyone to have fun here, we want everyone to play games and have movie nights and comment the heck out of one another because without that kind of activity from you guys, there's only so much we can do to keep this place alive and bumping! the update limit is once a month with a sufficient amount of effort (we trust you guys will know what means without having to give some sort of minimum!), but we encourage silly, fun little posts between actual updates whenever you feel like you want to touch base with people, promote something your celebrity is doing, or start some sort of fun, interacting activity. aim is encouraged but obviously not necessary as long as you have a screened post up on your journal for people to contact you and besides that, you guys, just have fun with each other! don't forget to promote in rps (we'll start some sort of points system asap!), comment everyone and branch out! you never know when you'll make a new best friend!
